Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Fifteen54 platform operated by Fifteen54 Pty Ltd (ABN pending) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and Access

Access to the platform requires an account created by you or assigned by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Permitted Use

The platform is provided for managing material traceability, compliance documentation, quality assurance records, and related business operations in the construction and fabrication industries. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload to the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We store and process your data solely to provide the platform's services as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents or data to the platform, including compliance certificates, drawings, and inspection records.

4. Data Export and Portability

You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to retrieve your data before deletion.

5. Availability and Support

We aim to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. Support is available via email at andrew@fifteen54.com.au.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the platform to store or transmit content that violates Australian law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fifteen54 platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Fifteen54 Pty Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as intended.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, but provisions relating to data ownership, liability, and governing law survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
